2018 Term Fees

Tuition Fee: 

  • Reception to Year 7:  $3734.00 per annum
  • Year 8-10:  $5497.00 per annum
  • Year 11-12:  $5912.00 per annum

Building Fund Levy: $90.00 per annum per child
Working Bee Levy: $65.00 per annum per family
IT Levy: $115.00 per annum per child
Text Book Hire:  $90.00 per annum (Yr 7-12 only)
Excursion/Incursion Levy: $65.00 per annum (R-6 only)
Swimming Yrs R-5: $50.00 (Term 1 only)
Aquatics Yrs 6-9: $55.00 (Term 1 only)
Camp Fees Yrs R-7: Prices vary depending on student year level (Term 1 only).
Camp Fees Yrs 8-12: Included in tuition fee.

School fees are payable at the beginning of each term and are to be paid within 30 days. Payment of fees can be made by cash, cheque, credit card, direct debit, Centrepay, EFTPOS or BPay.

Discounts

Discounts on tuition fees are provided as listed below. Please contact the school if you are unsure of your eligibility in any area.

Early Payment

A 5% Discount will be given if School Fees are paid in Full for the year by Week 2 of Term 1, & a 3% discount given if School Fees are paid in full by Week 2 of each term.

Sibling Discount

Discounts on tuition fees are given for children attending any school within the Prescott School System.
2 children attending Prescott Schools: 15% discount for each child
3 children attending Prescott Schools: 30% discount for each child
4 children attending Prescott Schools: 40% discount for each child

School Card Discount

Families who qualify for "School Card" are eligible for a fee remission of up to 50%.

Seventh-day Adventist Church Budget Supporter

Local Seventh-day Adventist Churches contribute financially to Prescott Schools and Christian education through offerings and planned giving programs. This provides Adventist parents of students within the school a fee discount of 10%. Employees of church-based organisations may also receive subsidies from their employers.

Prescott Fee Assistance / Financial Capacity Discounts

The school will also receive applications from families who do not qualify for School Card government assistance but who otherwise cannot afford to enrol their children in the school. Fees are determined in consultation with the Principal prior to enrolment.
